InoKura is a company with more than 40 years of experience in conducting early phase clinical trials, especially Phase I and IIa clinical trials. Our mission is to safely assess new pharmaceutical compounds with our experience in this sector. Clinical studies are driven by a collaborative approach that assembles the whole team’s skillset around each project.

 

We are based at the C.H.U. of Liège (Sart-Tilman). We are fortunate to be the only independent clinical research center in Wallonia. We work with several companies from all over the world.

We’re looking for someone to team up with the QA Manager.

Your futur mission :

Under the supervision of the QA Manager:

  • You will take an active role in maintaining and developing the quality management system.
  • You will be involved in authoring, reviewing and/or approving procedures, as well as following up on their implementation.
  • You will assist the QA Manager in the management of Inokura audits (external and internal) and inspections.
  • You will contribute to corrective and preventive actions and ensure they are implemented to address deviations, incidents and observations identified during audits and inspections (FDA, AFMPS).
  • You will be involved in the documentation of deviations, incidents and CAPAs.
  • You will participate to equipment installation, qualification and maintenance.
  • You will manage the quality records.
  • You will assist department heads in the training of staff members.
  • You will ensure the onboarding of your news colleagues.
  • You will follow the implementation of a new program with the different teams.
  • You will assist the QA Manager in the establishment of the quality plan and quality management reviews.

Your profile :

  • You hold a master degree in Sciences related to medical field, recognized in the European A Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences is considered an asset.
  • An experience as QA in the clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry is required (minimum 1-2 years).
  • You are comfortable working in English (level B2 minimum). You are also fluent in French (level C1).
  • You’re a Teamplayer.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to collaborate easily with your future colleagues and different stakeholders.
  • You are able to work independently, while seeking guidance when necessary.
  • You are well organized and thorough.
  • You enjoy being close to the field and involved in operational activities.
  • You are able to adapt to unexpected changes, while demonstrating a quality mindset.
  • You are a catalyst for change and able to bring ideas for improvement.
  • You enjoy working in a small organisation environment.
